At Wave Spas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home relaxation experience. If your spa or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Ensure the spa is deflated, dry, and placed back in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and power components.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
