How long does it take to set up a Wave Spa?
Most of our inflatable hot tubs are designed for quick assembly and can be set up in under 15 minutes. Once inflated, simply fill with water and allow the heater to reach your desired temperature.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you wish to receive your spa sooner.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Wave Spas come with a 12-month warranty on the pump and heater unit, and a 6-month warranty on the liner to ensure your peace of mind.
How do I maintain the water quality in my spa?
We recommend testing the water daily using pH strips and using our specialized Wave Spa chemical starter kits to keep the water clean, safe, and balanced.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Can the spa be used year-round in cold weather?
Our spas are designed for year-round use; however, we recommend using an insulated groundsheet and thermal cover in winter to maintain heat efficiency and protect the pump from freezing.
